United States’ manufacturing growth facilitator, High Value Manufacturing Consulting and Japan’s IC Engineering Corporation have joined together to provide turnkey engineering solutions to North American manufacturers. The partnership will combine HVMC’s New Business Development with ICE’s Best in Class Project Based Engineering Services.
Founded in 1994 as a joint venture between Isuzu Motors Limited and Chiyoda Corporation, ICE specializes in automotive “turnkey” engineering services on an international basis. Today, ICE is majority owned by a large construction and engineering company located in Takamatsu, Japan.
HVMC is based in Tennessee with extensive manufacturing consulting capability, helping serve small to mid-sized manufacturers. The company’s mission is to provide quick response solutions that net high value manufacturing results.
“With pressing demand to expand North American automotive manufacturing, companies are looking to outsource both individual and turnkey engineering support. By strengthening and growing America’s manufacturers we will create long term sustainability,” Says President and Founder, William May.
With over 35 years of both Domestic and International manufacturing experience, Bill wants to help manufacturers expand more efficiently and effectively.
As labor resource shortages continue, both companies partnered by integrating Japanese Engineering with American Ingenuity to help manufacturers remain globally competitive.

The partnership will offer a variety of services from the start-up of new facilities to expansion of established manufacturing plants. These services include; Feasibility Studies, Project Planning, Process and Product Simulation, Process Design, Layout Design, Equipment Procurement, Equipment Installation and Production Launch Support.
